BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout utilizes interval training techniques; this unique workout not only tones your entire body but also gets you moving, sweating, and burns serious calories all at the same time. No prior dance experience is required – just a positive attitude and the desire to unleash your inner swagger! Yellow, Black and Grey work out clothes encouraged 😉 About your Instructor – Chandni P. Chandni is a BollyX instructor currently attending San Francisco State University who has loved to dance for as long as she can remember. While moving around the country, she stayed connected to dance through the addictive energy of Bollywood music. After settling in the Bay Area, she joined a competitive Garba/Raas team for a few years while also falling in love with dance fitness classes of different styles such as Zumba and U-Jam. Once she was introduced to BollyX, she knew it was the PERFECT fit for her. Chandni is extremely excited to be a part of the BollyX community and looks forward to sharing her passion for dance and fitness with you all!
