Thanksgiving Pop Up Bakery
Wow your guests with Chef Traci's Thanksgiving desserts! Choices available for those who follow a dairy-free and/or gluten-free diet. SOUTHERN PECAN TART made with an pecan crust, and loaded with pecans and baked until golden and caramelized. 11" Tart serves 10-12. Tart is naturally DF. GF by request. RUSTIC APPLE TART has an almond crust, is filled with spiced apple puree and sliced Granny Smith apples and topped with a maple glaze. 11" Tart serves 10-12 and is naturally GF/DF. RUSTIC PEAR TART has an almond crust, is filled with spiced pear puree and sliced Anjou pears and topped with a maple glaze. 11" Tart serves 10-12 and is naturally GF/DF. PUMPKIN CRANBERRY BREAD features Chef Traci's Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend, is loaded with cranberries and walnuts, and topped with pumpkin seeds. Each loaf is weighs 3 pounds and is naturally DF. PUMPKIN MUFFINS are made with Chef Traci's pumpkin pie spice blend. You may choose with or without chocolate chips. Sold by the dozen and naturally DF. GF option is available by request. GINGER COOKIES are spiced with crystallized ginger. Baked to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Available by the dozen. DF option available by request. FUDGE WALNUT COOKIES are Chef Traci's rich gooey flourless chocolate cookies. Sold by the dozen and naturally DF/GF. Order by Sunday November 20. Traci is personal chef and cooking teacher in Berkeley, California. Her kitchen is her creative space and the place that she never tire of being in. She offer personal chef services, cooking classes and team building events. She also provides as in-home catering and host seasonal pop-up bakeries.
