This two hour walking tour covers a section of Midtown Manhattan that contains over a dozen landmark buildings with a selection of historic and anti historic architectural styles. This piece of Midtown has more architectural diversity than any other part of Manhattan. The tour of Manhattan's past and the present includes New York City and national landmarks designed by world famous architects, and focuses on both post modern and modern skyscrapers along with Art Deco gems and Historically styled club houses, mansions, and skyscrapers. The tour also features a landmark church with a Byzantine dome and beautiful mosaics along with, a Moorish and Islamic styled synagogue . Also Included are: some of the area's history, interesting pictures and stories that help join us with the area's past. There are over 19 stops on the walking tour including 15 New York City landmarks and 6 national landmarks.
