ACTING 101 - a fun four-week Beginning Acting class!
• You can take this class on either SUNDAYS or WEDNESDAYS: SUNDAY CLASS: Sundays July 10-July 31. 6pm-8:15pm (4 meetings) (Sunday class meets on University of Washington campus in Seattle) (Last meeting will run a half hour longer) WEDNESDAY CLASS: Wednesdays 7pm-9:15pm. 7/6-7/27 (4 meetings) (Wed. class meets on University of Washington campus in Seattle) (Last meeting will run a half hour longer) COURSE DESCRIPTION: Looking for a fun, fast-paced beginning acting course that’s open to everyone 18 or older? In this four week introductory class, you’ll learn how to create a range of different characters, how to memorize short scenes and perform them in front of the class, plus how to use your voice and physicality to bring performances to life. Whether you're interested in taking an acting course just for fun, or have daydreams about acting on stage, on TV or in the movies, everyone is welcome. The instructor's movies have played at international film festivals. He has taught acting for over 20 years.
