Grab your boyfriend or maybe your closest friends and lets explore the city together. We will walk around the city streets for an hour and i will create unique and creative images of you with an urban background. A few days after the session you will get a beautiful gallery to see your images and show off to all your friends :) I will also include a link for downloading 10 of your favorite images . You can see more examples of my work at www.alexandrinaowens.com .

“I will not go quiet into that good night
But instead rage against the dying of the light!”
Photography is not just something I do, it is apart of who I am. I believe beauty is truth and when I am able to capture it through my lens, that is when I feel fulfilled. I am full of wanderlust and think the world is a magical place we should all make an effort to discover.
I live to get lost in new places, and prefer to have no plan when I do. I’m the girl who shows up at 3am in Cairo,Egypt with no arrangement or idea of what my next step shall be. But I sustain my excitement for discovery and culture. I’m in love with places I have never been to, and people I have never met.
I was born and raised in the beautiful mountain town of Petrosani, Romania in the Carpathian Mountains. Yes, I am from Transylvania, it’s a real place!
Currently, I reside in San Francisco, California. This is a place so magical,I begin each day exploring a new neighbourhood with my cup of coffee, and reading inspirational words from my favorite articles and books.
My inspiration for my artistry comes from beautiful lighting, music, books, good design and architecture, but most of all by the silence of nature. My best work comes when I identify and observe vulnerability, love, and deeper connections from the people I am photographing. To truly be moved and feel emotion is the best inspiration to stimulate your creative power.
